Please check the 2023 BPT Calendar link above to see if your date is available and call the association office at 864-227-6261 to reserve the block party trailer.
The forms in the above BPT packet along with payment and a certificate of liability insurance from your insurance company are due in our office within 10 days of reserving the trailer.
The Evaluation/Response Form is due following your event and is required before you will be issued your refundable $50 cleaning deposit.
When the BPT is not signed out by a church, the video equipment can be removed from the trailer for individual church usage without signing out the entire trailer. The video equipment will be available to contributing churches for $50.00 per event. These funds will likewise go to maintenance and replacement of equipment when needed. If your church is checking out the video equipment only, please click on the link to that packet. You do not need to fill out the paperwork for the entire block party trailer.
