 Enjoy the sights and sounds of Christmas as we celebrate the birth of the Christ Child. We have set aside December 8, 9 and 10 for this annual event. Each evening begins at 6:00PM and concludes by 8:30PM. You will enjoy wagon rides, hot chocolate, a petting zoo, and a live nativity. Musical performances will take place in
Connie Maxwell Baptist Church.  Admission is free. Use 810 Maxwell Avenue Greenwood, SC 29646 for your GPS. The lights remain on throughout the month.

Seafarer's Ministry-Ongoing

One of the purposes of this ministry is to provide hats for the seamen who spend many hours on cold ships crisscrossing the oceans. Walnut Grove supports the Seafarer’s Ministry and is looking for individuals and churches to donate ball caps (new or used), knit hats, or yarn with which to make knit hats, crocheted hats, as well as fleece hats. Donations can be dropped off at the association office. They will be delivered to Charleston and/or Cape Canaveral for ministry purposes. This will be an ongoing ministry.
